With the pace at work, for home I wanted a place to relax and enjoy. After living throughout the world in other people's homes I finally had a chance to purchase one of my own. What I didn't expect was that I would miss the conversation and occasional interaction with a roommate. If you want something more comfortable than a monthly hotel room or a bit more upscale than merely renting a room in someone else's house, maybe this is the place for you.
If you take your shoes off at home, like to keep things clean, and would like to have your own bedroom/bath etc while sharing the rest of the house.
You could enjoy living near Leesburg on a golf course with all the amenities right on the Potomac River. (pool, tennis courts, workout area, running trails, canoeing, biking, clubhouse, etc)
There are a bunch of pictures here so you can see in advance what I'm offering and where the house is located. Feel free to look around. I'm expecting $1000 per month plus 1/2 the utilities ( I figure that way we will both have a stake in what the monthly bill is). The house just east of Leesburg, about a 20 minute commute to Reston town center on a bad day.
